1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of PANDA's ride-sharing services in Kenya. By using our app, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. User Accounts
You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities under your account.
3. Use of Services
PANDA provides a platform to connect riders with drivers. You agree to use our services responsibly and comply with all applicable laws. Misuse of the platform, including harassment or illegal activities, is strictly prohibited.
4. Payments
Rides are charged based on the distance traveled and time taken. Payments must be made through the app using the available payment methods. You agree to pay all charges associated with your ride.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel a ride, but cancellation fees may apply. Refunds are issued at PANDA's discretion based on the circumstances of each case.
6. Driver-User Relationship
Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of PANDA. PANDA is not responsible for any actions or conduct of drivers during the ride.
7. Limitation of Liability
PANDA is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, except where required by law.
8. Termination
PANDA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or any illegal activity.
9. Amendments
PANDA may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved in Kenyan courts.
